What the Course Covers
This is a private coaching programme, not a course. There are no slides, no modules to complete in order, and no generic exercises. The 6 sessions are shaped around what you specifically bring to the first call.
Who tends to book this
Usually people who have already tried the group workshop route or worked through online courses and still feel stuck. Sometimes it is someone with a specific industry background, say 11 years in logistics or 8 years in healthcare admin, who knows their sector well but cannot see a clean business angle in it. Other times it is someone with multiple directions pulling at them and no clear way to choose.
How the sessions are structured
The first session is diagnostic. We spend about 60 minutes mapping what you know, what you have access to, and what constraints are real versus assumed. From there, each session has a specific focus: idea generation, market research methods, talking to potential customers, and eventually a go or no-go decision on 1 or 2 ideas. Sessions are 60 minutes each, held fortnightly or weekly depending on your pace.
Between sessions, you have a short task to complete, usually something like finding 5 people in a target group and asking them 3 specific questions. The tasks are designed to take under 2 hours and produce something concrete to discuss next time.
What you leave with
After 6 sessions, most people have either validated 1 idea well enough to move forward with confidence, or ruled out 3 ideas with clear reasoning and identified a stronger direction to explore. Neither outcome is a failure. Ruling something out early is genuinely useful.
Is this suitable if I have no ideas at all yet?
It works well in that situation. The first 2 sessions are specifically designed for people starting from a blank page, using your background and skills as the starting material rather than assuming you already have a concept.
