Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Duburuo platform. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Definitions

Platform refers to the Duburuo website, courses, tools, and related digital services operated by Duburuo and accessible at duburuo.com.

User refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise interacts with the Platform.

Content refers to all text, video, audio, graphics, documents, data, and other materials made available through the Platform.

Account refers to a registered user profile created to access restricted areas of the Platform.

We, Us, Our refers to Duburuo and its authorized representatives.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

Certain features of the Platform require you to register for an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@duburuo.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 One Account per User

Each user may maintain only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts or sharing Account credentials with other individuals is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated Accounts.

4. Permitted Use

You may access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

— access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure;

— probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network;

— circumvent any authentication or security measures;

— use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract data from the Platform without prior written consent;

— introduce malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to disrupt or damage the Platform;

— impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;

— engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, lesson videos, written guides, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Duburuo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal educational use. This license does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written permission.

5.3 User Submissions

If you submit any content to the Platform, including forum posts, comments, or feedback, you grant Duburuo a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such submissions for any purpose related to operating and improving the Platform.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Fees

Certain courses or features may require payment. All fees are stated at the point of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees using a valid payment method accepted by the Platform.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and conditions are described separately in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing or refund terms at any time, with notice provided through the Platform.

6.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction. Displayed prices may or may not include applicable taxes, as indicated at checkout.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by that service's own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Duburuo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Duburuo in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Duburuo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, the Platform, or Duburuo.

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us at support@duburuo.com. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any feature thereof.

14. Governing Terms

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Duburuo regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
